Speaker's Profile

Mark Rumizen currently serves as a member of the Commercial Aviation Alternative Fuels Initiative (CAAFI) steering committee and is the leader of the CAAFI Certification & Qualification Panel.  He has been employed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) since 1991 and is currently the Aviation Fuels Specialist in the Aircraft Certification Division.

Jonathon Counsell is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College and holds an MBA from INSEAD. 

Joining BA in October 1999, he has held the position of General Manager of Procurement Strategy and Head of Terminal 5 Development before taking the post of Head of Environment in December 2007. 

Prior to BA he worked in a number of positions in the airline industry most recently as Head of Strategy at Air New Zealand
