The 2nd edition of the BioPower Generation conference brought together the key players of Europe’s biomass power generation industry. Over two days experts from all along the value chain discussed the current status and future developments of bio power generation in Europe.  The latest EU legislation gave the sector a big push and even though a lot of industries are currently struggling due to the economic downturn, the biomass sector is still doing exceptionally well and attendees felt unanimously optimistic about future developments.

More than 100 attendees from 18 countries discussed the latest policy, market and technology developments in the biomass power generation sector.

Completed with a highly interactive workshop led by Poyry on “Building a BioPower Portfolio – Strategy, Technology, Raw Materials” this year’s BioPower Generation conference was a big success.
