The fifth edition of Biofuels Markets Americas , and the second annual event in Argentina, organised by Green Power Conferences in cooperation with the Argentine Association for Biofuels and Hydrogen and the Argentine Biofuels Chamber, provided an excellent platform for the global industry to learn of the region’s opportunities in biofuels, to address the key issues and to do business.

Biofuels Markets Americas was attended by over 180 participants from 14 countries across the 2 days (see attendee breakdown below).  The focus was in bringing together  actors from across the global value chain to drive this emerging Latin American industry forward. With the assistance of strategic partners the Argentine Biofuels Chamber (CARBIO) and Argentine Association of Biofuels and Hydrogen (AABH)  the Argentine industry was well represented. The event also had strong support from key Argentine bodies with attendees from House of Deputies Energy Commission, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Secretariat of Agriculture,  Government of the Province of Buenos Aires, ProsperAr - National Investment Agency and  Fundacion Export-Ar.
