This purchase results in the generation of one renewable energy credit (REC) and represents the environmental attributes resulting from the generation of 1MWh (1,000 kWh) of electricity by renewable energy generators serving power systems in the continental United States. My purchase supports renewable energy and helps take action against global warming.
